§ 3 Payment and default

2. Payment shall be made in advance before the order is fulfilled and within 10 days of the order confirmation.

3. If the client defaults on payment, the contractor shall set a reasonable grace period. If the client does not comply with this grace period, the contractor has the right to withdraw from the contract, regardless of the materiality of the delay.

4. After payment, the Client shall receive written confirmation of payment from the Contractor.

 

§ 4 Confirmation of the client about the use of data by the contractor

1. The client must be informed about the use of data by the contractor and this use must also be confirmed by him in writing.

2. If there are several clients for an event, all clients must confirm the use of the data.

3. If there are additional participants in the event, they must be informed of the Contractor's use of the data by the Client. The written confirmation of the client indicates the consent of the participants. The Contractor shall not be liable for any breach of the Client's duty of confirmation.
